second pregnancy - sore to lie on belly already!

i shouldn't really be here yet

my tummy is already sore to lie on and feels weird. i didn't get that until about 18 weeks with jake.

i feel like im over-reacting about everything but is it possible to have a bump already? im literally bursting out of my clothes and my stomach hurts, as in the muscles.

ive also been feeling way more stretching stuff going on!

May just be bloat hun, can be quite uncomfortable. I've not been able to sleep on my belly since about week 11 now, and I used to all the time :/
