We have a sibling and partner £30 budget for secret Santa

I got my sil which is fine

I would like to get her something luxurious / indulgent that she wouldn't buy for herself and present it all in a basket

I was thinking of lots of nice baking bits or make up bits

Would really appreciate some ideas as she has a stressful job and deserves a nice pressie

Bath bombs, something pampering, some posh makeup? I second the NAKED palette if she likes makeup. Could do something themed for relaxing like a film and some nice smelling products?

This is what I did for my sil one year. Her favorite color is purple, so I went to bath and body works and just got a bunch if travel size lotions, creams, washes, sanitizers, face masks, etc and a nice (but cheap basket).

I absolutely loved this gift and almost wanted to keep it for myself!
