SELF REFERAL midwife? Help? South Coast (Portsmouth, Hampshire)

Hello, this is my 4th baby, before you would contact the Doctor who would refer you to a midwife.

Now it seems you self refer? How do I do this? I’ve been reading on here people seem to be filling out an ‘online form’ then hear from a midwife in a week or so about appointments?

I cannot find any online form have looked at the portsmouth maternity centre website etc any help would be much appreciated thank u x

If you ring where the midwife is based (ours is based at the children’s centre) or the midwife office at the hospital they’ll either book you in or point you into the correct direction. X
