It's a three seater from IKEA, we brought it last March when we moved into our apartment but have since brought a new one so it's been in our spare soon to be baby's room! 
Anyway, it's black material (although you can buy removeable covers for it). It was a bit of wear to one of the arms and the sides where our cats pulled them
I will get a picture up when I can get in the room to take one
We're not looking for much for it since it wasn't expensive
Oh ... also it would need to be picked up or delivery/postage paid for
