Selling customised clothing on Ebay..

We need to bring in extra cash.
Thinking of selling customised baby grows and mens clothing on Ebay.
Does anyone know if you can make ok money from doing this kinda thing or is it a waste of time?

Also does anyone know anywhere that does cheap plain t shirts etc and printing but good quality.

Recently trading standard have clamped down on people selling handmade items. Anything aimed at children now has to have a CE certificate which means you have to send any materials you will be using of to be tested by trading standards and then keep a file on every item you sell! It's crazy!

I used to sell dolls, dinosaurs and other kids things but I've stopped and just do them for friends now because it wasn't worth the hassle. I'm not sure about adult things tho. Not sure if the rules are the same.

I would just have a good look into it before laying out any money.

Honestly, i embroider blankets etc and it makes nothing now.

Postal prices have completely killed any business i used to get, it was brilliant for the first year but i wish i hadn't spent all the money i have on it
