We have been trying for the last few months ( nor regular due to traveling). My wife has asked me complete Semen analysis test. Please help me in understanding the test results. I need to know if all is normal. If not then give advise:

MICROSCOPIC EXAMINATION
Sperm count 82 million/ml 40 - 200 millions/ml
Total count - 295.2 million

SPERM MOTILITY
A) Rapid progressive motility - Abs%
B) Sluggish progressive motility - 56%
C) Non Progressive motility - 06%
D) Immortile - 38%

Normal Sperms - 48% Abnormal sperms - 52%
1) 1st Hr. after liquefaction - 50% 1) Abnor. of Head - 39%
2) 2nd hrs. after lique - 40% 2) Abnor. Mid-Piece - 8%
3) 3rd hrs. after lique - 30% 3) Abnor. ofTail -5%

Pus Cells 0.1/HPF
Erythrocytes Absent/hpf
Immature cells Absent
Agglutination Absent

Please assist me in understanding the above report.

Everything looks good other then the morphology and motility looks like it could be improved , if your not already I recommend taking a multivitamin daily , Co-Q10 is great for improving sperm health and motility and pine bark extract is also great for sperm health.

Any mens multivitamin will do. Maca and tribulus terrestris increased sperm volume for my husband. good luck!.
