Senokot question, 37 weeks x

I was just wondering how long a dose stays in your system for?

Its sunday night here and I just had quite the clear out after my tummy feeling a bit funny. I took some senacot on thursday night (one dose) and it worked for me friday afternoon. Been fine since, wasn't planning to take anymore unless it got problematic again, so the clear out tonight (which seemed worse than fridays!) Kinda took me by suprise!

So now confused over if this was a result of the sena I took 3 nights ago or my body starting to clear out now near the end??

The drug-life of Senna really isn't that long.. Maybe something else caused it? Generally the does wouldn't be in your body still by that time.

Were you constipated again between the last clear out and this one? It could just be that the senna worked but it didn't leave your body, it just waited until today. Make sense?
