Sensitive hearing?

So i'm 26 weeks and ever since i've been pregnant i've had super sensitive ears. It doesn't happen all the time, but sometimes certain sounds will hurt my ears. Like my dogs barking, or even the sound of my own voice. Has anyone else had this?

This was one of my first pregnancy symptoms. I find myself constantly turning down the music in the car or the volume on the tv. It was much worse during first tri though
