I bought 2 dresses from Seraphine online last month and they were too big (the sizes are very generous) so I sent them back following the instructions in the pack and then kinda didn't hear anything. Over 2 weeks later I dropped them an email, and it took them 5 days to get back to me to say it had been refunded. One of the dresses I wanted in a smaller size, but they seemed to ignore that instruction and just refunded the whole lot.
The whole thing left me a bit disillusioned with quite an expensive maternity clothes retailer, so I wanted to share this with you to allow you to make your own decision whether you shop. The quality of the clothes did look good but their customer service process leaves a lot to be desired.
