Has anybody else been have extremely dry skin; to the point where it itchex and feels like your skin is on fire?

I HAVE Psoriasis SO YES I HAVE IT AND IT COMPLETELY SUCKS I USE BABY OIL AND IT HAS HELPED ALOT. IM NOT IN A FLARE UP RIGHT NOW THANK THE LORD
