I received a Christmas catalogue from a European homewares company yesterday. No idea who they are, but had a flick through it and couldn't believe some of the ridiculous "designer" products they sell at hideous prices.

My favourite was this. A stool with mismatched legs. It can be yours for the bargain price of just £345.

However, if that's a little too much, they do a "nude" version for only £320!

Perhaps I'll have a rummage in my shed, dig out some "parts", stick 'em together and call it "designer" with a premium price tag!

wow! we have a wood working shop in our basment, my grandad used to be into all sorts of wood stuff, anyway, OH makes pens but thats it! Really shoudl consider turning is hand to something else! lol! £345 for a stool, i have about 8 of them here lol!
