Severe back pain :(

I think I have a herniated disc and I have been in the worst pain over the last four days. I can finally walk around but bending over and getting up and down from sitting is like torture. Sometimes in the middle of the night i cry when i have to go pee because the pain gets me so frustrated. I did go get a massage last week but that did not help much. If it's not better within the next couple days I am planning on going to go see a chiropractor.
