I would definitely go to your GP and get checked over. It may be normal stretching pains but definitely get checked x

I would definitely go and see your doctor if not already and the pains are still severe.

Some pain can be normal but anything severe or stronger than typical period cramps and you should get checked out.
I had a suspected ectopic at 11weeks because of severe pain, and it turned out to be an inflamed appendix from everything moving around.
