Sex and the City - who is this woman?

I'm watching an episode on ComedyCtalX now called The Man, The Myth and the Viagra.

It's the one where Miranda meets Steve for the first time and where Samantha meets a rich old man who buys her all this diamond jewellery but she sees his bum and can't have sex with him.

He has a housekeeper and this is way I'm posting.

Is this housekeeper the same woman who plays Charlotte's MiL later in the series? She holds the door open with Samantha's coat and bag and Samantha runs out of the bedroom, down the hall, grabs them on the way out and lies that she is allergic to shellfish.

It's getting on my nerves, it looks like her but I'm not sure.

The housekeepers real name is dina paisner. But unsure if she is the mum or not been so long since I have seen that one

The women who played Charlottes MIL was bunny and her real name is Frances Sternhagen. So not the same women. Hope this helps
