Update - May slept all night again!
She woke briefly at 4am which is when she used to have her night feed and I was just about to go and warm her a bottle up thinking she wanted one and I looked down and she had dropped back off! I think I read somewhere that they can wake out of habit sometimes rather than hunger, so perhaps that was it.
