Shoes to go with dress

I have brought this Dress to wear to my cousins wedding next Friday! The thing is I don't wear heels, I usually would to something like a wedding but being pregnant aswel I just really don't want to! Now I'm stuck with what shoes and what colour to wear with a lemon yellow dress?
