Short cycle?

Let me explain my background a little bit....I'm pretty reg with on avg 29/30 day cycles, but I have had a 37 day cycle back in July/Aug and a 39 day cycle in sept/oct. Not too much cramping, not too much backache, not much nausea. Bleed days last 4-5 days. It's been 14/15 months since my last dose of Depo provera.
Now my question... I think AF is early but I'm not cramping like I normally do and my back isn't hurting like normal. If it is AF that would make it a 27 day cycle(last time I had a 27 day cycle was when I was a teenager 15 yrs ago). If it's not af I would be on cd 28. This streak of blood I got this am seemed like an AF streak but appeared to be too heavy for implantation streak. DH and I bd on 12/12(a little painful) and on 12/17 and 12/7(both not painful). Could be a short cycle I'm not sure. Sorry not much help.
My cycles tend to be 27-29 days, sometimes the odd 26, 25, 30 or 35 day cycle.

I think it was a short cycle...another thing I have never experienced is short AF. I usually have 4-5/6 day AF and this time around it only lasted 2-3/4 days but it was only heavy enough for a super tampon for 1-2/3 days and then it suddenly slowed way down... any ideas?
