shortcut to finding my posts/threads??

is there an easier way to find where i have posted in threads? like when u click on a members name and it says view posts from this member?..how can i do that for myself...i have posted quite a few times and made some threads, i dnt know the exact dates and find myself searching endlessly for my posts and cant seem to find them....

Click on your name to view profile, then Statistics, then find all posts
or when you click on your name it should bring up a drop down menu
