I dont want call as i cant afford goin in oh isnt happy anyways about preg (i forgot few pills) an i have 2 under 3s tht i care for 24/7.

Are u in the uk hun? Can you get in touch with midwife, i had pre e with my dd2 and was borderline pre e with ds so it would be worth getting checked out if it was me, do you have a headache or any pains? Good luck xxx

i am uk yes. I developed severe pre e inlabour with my first and bp raised 17wks an meds 32wks. I have had some chest pains(thought stretching) at times an little headaches but ive had worse headaches.

Please contact your midwife - if you had pre-eclampsia in your previous pregnancy, you have a 25% chance of developing it again. Advice here on BnB ages ago made me realise that any 'not right' feeling deserved to be followed up asap, and because I spoke up when there was that little thought that maybe this headache wasn't right, the doctors knew to get him out asap....

and eclampsia can develop in days if not monitored (I am not joking - I woke up one morning with a headache nothing helped (was being monitored for two weeks before) and told my ob-gyn that I didn't want to go home over the weekend as was worried - the bloods came back that I was a few hours away from eclampsia and believe me, your OH would definitely you coming home from hospital with the baby than if you leave it.....women still die from it (6-7 last year in the UK alone), so can you call your GP to make a visit? Please think of what could happen if unmonitored)

been there, done it and please, take extra care....!

best wishes

Def better safe than sorry!! I suffer from low bp and its scary stuff!! U shouldn't take a chance, especially with your LOs that depending on you on a daily basis , mommy needs to take care of mommy 1st!! Good luck, hope everything is just fine :)

I hope everything works out for you! Good luck. Sorry, did not want to just read and run.

It is very very rare to get PE before 20 weeks, what was your booking in bp?
Have they spoke about giving you aspirin?
I had PE with my second (was getting it with my first but waters broke early and had him 6 weeks early).
I was put on meds for BP, also on steroids for Bell's palsy I was quite poorly and had my second child when the BP meds where not working.

i am over 20 weeks am 23+1. I noticed my bp started rising again 17wks with second was high at booking then frm prev preg. My bookin this preg was 131/92, then 14+2 128/79;16+5 122/74 and 21+3 126/78.
