Should I call midwife?

Earlier this morning I slid down a few of my stairs I didn't fall I just slid and hit my foot off stair gate at bottom of stairs & my upper side on banister I have felt baby moving as normal! I suppose am just looking
for advise that I dont need to call my midwife! Thank you!

If you notice any change in baby's movement then I'd definitely call but if you've not hit your bump in anyway I'm sure your just fine.

You just hit your foot not your bump? If so you don't need to worry at all. It's only if you fall and hit your bump that there would be any worry and even then, baby is really protected in there. I fell on my butt at 7 months and it wasn't an issue at all. Keep an eye on movements if you're concerned but you really don't need to worry.
