At the moment Alex is on two meals a day and 4 bottles a day (two 8ozs and two 7ozs)

the day goes:
8am 8ozs bottle
11.30am lunch and bottle (takes 4-7ozs)
3-4pm 7ozs bottle
tea fitted in somewhere
7-8pm 8ozs bottle

The 7ozs bottle hes crying for more when its finished, should i up to 8ozs or add in another meal and see if that helps? (breakfast probably)

I would up the bottle, as the main nutrients should still come from milk and solids are only an addition to the calories from milk, that's what our HV always tells us.

I'd add more milk too if he's still hungry x

The recommended minimum amount of milk for a baby between 6 months and 1 year is 20 oz and he's already having more than that so I'd try adding breakfast rather than more milk.

I agree with this try breakfast x

I'd actuallly go with the breakfast too, as he's been asleep 12 or so hours and at 7 months they only need minimum 21oz a day.
