Should i still go to my appointment?

I started my 1st period after having my LO in July (she was 9 months old) since then i have been constantly bleeding.

my doc got my an appointment with the gynecology department for tomorrow but sods law i stopped bleeding on thursday last week (1st Dec)

i had intercourse on saturday and there was a little bit of bleeding but nothing since.

should i go anyway to see what they say or am i wasting their time?
