Sibling for Evelyn

Hi all. Only in first trimester atm with number two but wanting some inspiration for boys names just in case.

DD 1 is Evelyn Rose. If another girl I'm tossing up between Lydia, Lola and Clara but generally find girls names easier so not stressing.

But last time around dh and I could only half agree on one boys name - Oliver - and this time round I'm just not loving it.

Some names I like are: (none seem like they're just right though)

Frederick (nn Freddie)
Tobias
Oscar
Thomas
Henry
Edward
Arlo (but hubby wasn't keen)

Middle name for a boy would probably be John as its a family name but potentially William.

Any suggestions?

I LOVE Arlo! My hubby wasn't keen on it either, sadly. It's a great name

Oliver is also nice, as are Oscar & Henry.

Oliver, Oscar, and Henry are some of my favourites. I also like Theodore and Ezra.

I love Clara for a girl.

How about William John -- nn. Liam? I think it goes well with Evelyn!

Out of your names I love Oscar and Henry.. Henry been my favourite. Henry is second on our list of boys names after Harry x

Boys Iove them all but Edward is my favourite- Edward is what I had picked for a boy, we'd have used Ted as a Nn though.

Of your girl names, Clara is lovely and goes best with Evelyn.
For a boy, I love Henry and Tobias - but I think Henry is the better fit.

We have the same taste in names I have a Jack and a Freddie and Evelyn was on my girls list

OP - I think we also have similar taste as your boys list is almost identical to mine, I went with Arthur. Out of your lists I think Clara is perfect (I don't think Lola goes with Evelyn, it's more...common?) and Freddie is my favourite but I also love Toby and Henry
