Sick after feed, then wants more ?

I thought if you overfed a baby they bring it up but when my LO is sick, usually as im winding him he'll straight away shout for more, so i give him usually the last oz and he's fine after that

Max had reflux so his being sick wasn't because he had overeaten. There is no way Max will overeat, as when he's full he lets me know

However guaranteed about 15-20 minutes after being sick he's hungry again (cause his stomachs empty)

Being sick is a sign of overfeeding (but overfeeding isn't the only cause of being sick..)
Bringing up milk could be because he needed winding earlier - how often do you do it?
Also, regarding reflux, it's common that they'll want their milk because it soothes their throat, then they'll be sick and miserable and then want their milk again to soothe their throat - it's a viscious circle. If that isn't happening, I'd suggest trying to wind more regularly
