sick of this yeast infection

I took canesten for 7 days of course the cream..

IT didn't even help i am extremely angry

I am out of ideas and don't know what to think?

ALL I know is that i want it to go the h away

Sometimes if you have a systemic yeast infection the cream and pessarys dont work.

You need to attack it with diet and supplements, try and cut down on refined sugars (white bread, biscuits etc) and up your intake of green vegetables and complex carbs, also take a strong pro-biotic (I recommend Bio-Kult Candaea) and also Caprylic adic is a natural anti fungal which shouls also really help.

Just seen you're pregnant, I would consult with a health practitioner before you take any supplements or change diet dramatically. You could try dipping a tampon in natural live yogurt and inserting it, it sjhould soothe the itching and help with the thrush overgrotwth xx

Look into Grapefruit seed extract. I was breastfeeding, not pregnant when I had to use that because of yeast issues.
