So....I'm 38+2....am very lucky to have not suffered from morning sickness in my pregnancy, although did have nauseous feelings in first trimester.

I just made myself a sausage sandwich and as I was eating it I suddenly felt very sick - crawled up the stairs to the bathroom and lay on the cool tiles for a bit. When the feeling eased off I went into the bedroom and am now laying on my bed. The feeling seems to have gone.

It was so sudden and unexpected - has anyone else had anything similar?

Yea I get waves of it now and then I think it's because our stomach are so squashed that if we eat heavy foods it can tend to make up sick, I find having healthy snacks help with the nausea feeling little and often is best hun xx

Thanks Lewood! That does make sense - particularly as the baby is breech and laying sideways so I am still getting heartburn and indigestion!

Drinking a pint of milk before bed helps my heartburn it settles the acid down and stops me feeling sick at night x
