Side affects of male multi vit supplements

My OH has just started taking Tesco Complete Multivitamins for conception support, but has start having a very noisy side affect have any of your partners suffered the same?

My oh does plenty of that without blaming his male vits! He has started complaining about stomach ache/upset tummy from taking his & has decided to take it upon himself to take his vits every few days!..Not happy with this, he's been taking them over a year & only now has noticed this 'side effect'.
