Hey everyone.

I had a couple positive OPK's on CD17, so I assume that means ovulation took place on CD18, however today is CD28 & AF is here.... :(

Does this mean my Luteal Phase was only 9 days? or 10? & What can I do to improve this? I quickly googled & it seems like it's not even proven that it's even really an inhibitor of fertility but I dunno....

I appreciate all thoughts and advice!

Hey, just wanted to say you aren't alone!

My Luteal Phase was 8-9 days, taking B complex vitamins and vitamin C tablets along with my blackmores pre-natals has managed to stretch it to 11 days some months so far, others it's still short.

I have read up about it a lot. But also been to the Dr who palmed it off as a non issue. I have been TTC #2 for about 7 cycles now.

Short luteal phases can be a problem, I can't remember exactly why now (it's been a while since my last TTC days!) but I believe it has something to do with less time for progesterone, or some other important hormone, to rise. I don't think 9/10 days is that short though x
