I need some words of encouragement..

I know it's best for LO to see her dad on a regular basis... but I CAN'T STAND HIM.

I'm going to be working soon and in school so I know there are times I'm gonna need his mom to watch her (he lives with her).
She's an awesome grandma... but it's still going to be hard...

If he didn't live with her he'd never get her alone.. as he gets frustrated around crying babies and she doesn' do well away from home.. plus her reflux and all that..

I know she'll be okay there cause his mom n sister are there... but it's still really hard for me to wrap my mind around.. as honestly i don't like sharing.. and she's mine.. i do everything for her care for her etc... the thought that he gets to benefit from her makes me sick.. even if that's selfish it's how i feel..

anyone else feel this way???
I need to get over it but it's sooo hard.. sooooooooo hard..

does it get easier??

its lovely to see a mother who is prepared to comprimise and allow a father to be involved in such a way which is best for the child :)

Yes it does. :)

I have a really good relationship with FOB's mum. Last time we split I didnt but this time being its final she has been really good and I am the same as you, if she wasnt there I would feel as comfortable with my girls going to their dads as he isnt the most chilled person.
She is the one who does the washing, cooking, cleaning and he just sits around and does sweet FA.
But suppose I dont expect much else, he was hardly dad of the year when we were together..
You will be ok, as long as she is well looked after..
