Ive been in bed last three days with the worst cold! Now I have incredibky bas sinus pain and pressure all that helps a littke is a hot flanel on my nose/head, can anyone recommend anything else, im drinking honey and lemon, paracetamol rest and fluids as doc recommended but hoping to get something more that will help, with an almost 2 year old I need to get better! Thanks!!

Do you have eucalyptus oil by chance? What helped me was to boil some water, pour it in a bowl, add some eucalyptus oil and then I put my head over it with a towel on my head and inhale for 5 minutes at a time. Might be worth a shot. I've been coughing for 3 weeks now and had a cold that seems to have gone to sinus infection and this helped the headache and I could actually smell a little after lol
