i bought this ice cream today, and it has got pasteurized egg in, but it partially reconstructed skimmed milk concentrate, then it says dried skimmed milk, its also got raspberry in it i think, its like a strawberry swiss roll but ice-cream version.

and i also have bought a cake:

Vanilla flavour buttercream (30%), sugar, wheat flour, pasteurized egg white, vegetable oil, humecant (vegetable Glycerine),sugar strands, raising agents(Disodium Diphosphate, sodium bicarornate), Emulsifier(Mono- and Di-Glycerides of fatty acids),Perservative(Potassium sorbate),colours (mixed carotenes,Cochineal)

Vanilla flavour buttercream contains: sugar, butter,Glucose syrup, water, salt flavoring.

Sugar strands contains: Sugar, cornflour, Vegetable fat,Emulsifier (soya lctithins),Colours(Beetroot red, lutein) Glazing agents(Acaia,Shellac).

Is there anything is any of them that i can't have? or wouldn't be good to have.

also, can i east jammy dodgers and is the colour "cumin" or whatever its called bad?

i dont know want a jammy dodger is.

Ice cream is fine. I just think of how many cliches there are about pregnant women eating ice cream. I think I have only heard something about homemade ice cream, but I don't know why it comes to mind.

icecream is only a problem if made with unpasteurized milk/ eggs. and pretty much everything you can buy is safe. eg big brands like Baskin-Robbins, Dairy Queen and Nestlé, ben and jerrys (yes, even with cookie dough in) are fine

jammy dodgers are fine. eat sweets/cakes in moderation and there wont be a problem

what about the skimmed milk in the iceream? the reconstructed dried milk.
and obviously alot of sugar is bad etc, but is there anything else?

its treated so no i dont think its a problem. the issue with dairy is bacteria, so if its being heat treated to remove all the moisture the bacteria is going to be killed.

honestly, (with the exception of soft serve icecream) unless youre getting milk/dairy products fresh from the cow/farm then its not an issue. I know its easy to worry but most processed products are fine
