i do suffer migrains theyv not been bad over the last year and do get worse when im pregnant but im now worrying it could be slapped cheek, im only 14 weeks pregnant so worried now.
just want others oppinions/advice.

It's also known as 5th's disease.....here's a link with some really good info. 5th disease is VERY noticeable....not just headaches....just look at the baby in the picture....it should put your mind at ease.

That's a pretty extreme presentation of the rash on that baby. The rash is not that prominent on most people, many do not get the characteristic rash at all.

If you are going to your midwife on Monday bring it up to her, a blood test will tell you whether you have an active infection or if you have had it in the past are are now immune.

I, personally, wouldn't worry unless you know that there have been a major outbreak at your children's school.

This disease is like chickenpox, if you've had it when you were little, then you will not get it again. You can get tested to see if you've had it before. From my pts, I can tell you that most do test positive (meaning they had it when they were kids, and will not get it again), but if you are concerned you can ask your OB to test you for previous infection at your next appointment to give yourself some peace of mind. :)
