sleep problems (I know again)

lately Hannah has been throwing tantrums when she gets tired, and its not that she's overly tired (been up an hour to an hour and a half tops, notice her rubbing her eyes so try to get her to go to sleep). It doesn't matter if we're holding her or not, she still throws a tantrum Any suggestions?

Sorry hun, I won't be much help coz Grace does exactly the same!

I've been trying to pre-empt the tiredness and get her to sleep b4 she realises she's tired. I sit her on my lap and sway as she stares at the tv and she drops off (....to sleep not off my lap!!). Maybe worth a try? Sorry I couldn't be more help xx xx
