I can't remember the last time I had 8 hours sleep per night!
I'm not sure how sound this is but I may still wave this article at hubby. We have blinds that let in shafts of light as well as curtains but he's opposed to black out curtains. He can sleep anywhere at any time with the radio on by his head full blast. I prefer dark and no noise.
