Anyone used one and got a review?

Currently doing slimming world to loose weight but tummy could deff do with some toning...but I suck at exercise. So was wondering if I could cheat with one.

So strange you post this my husband was looking at these tonight, he wants us to get one ( the charmer) he's already toned so he's hoping it will just define him more as the gym only gets him so far, I'm wondering too if it would help with my baby blub, I'm guessing some exercise would need to be involved?

It's like doing a few tummy crunches. It won't burn your fat away but it may help build up a small amount of muscle as so tone in that sense. But if you have any sort of fat there it won't shift it.

They do nothing, don't waste your money.

My brother got one ages ago. He used it every day religiously for a very long time and it did nothing.

To be honest I have no idea why the sell these ridiculous things.

I've got one. But I didn't notice any difference.

I honestly wouldn't think they were worth the money, but I've never used one so I don't know for sure.
I did use a cheaper version off a TV shopping channel as a teenager and it did nothing and felt weird!
