Hello ladies!

Just asking on here before I bother the midwife with something pointless, as I know I'd likely be sent to be checked "just in case" and I'm exhausted/have a lot on/really could do with going for a sleep when my son naps rather than sitting in an uncomfortable room for hours waiting for someone to look up my hoohaa :haha:

Yesterday morning OH and I got involved with some rude type activities, extremely early (before kids woke up), at around 7. Ok, we ended up having to abandon due to my daughter waking up :dohh: but there was still a little, er, 'activity'. I was getting pink discharge all yesterday morning, which I wasn't worried about at all as I know this can happen after sex when you're pregnant, and it had slowed down by the evening.

This morning I'm getting it again, though - discharge is quite pink, definitely not brown so it's not old blood, but it's not streaky red or anything; just pink pink pink. See - TMI :winkwink:

I mentioned it to OH and to my friend and they've said "call the midwife" but I dont want to if it's pretty normal for it to carry on for this long! I've never had it last for this amount of time before, but suppose everyone experiences things differently...am hoping someone here can offer an unbiased and informed opinion on whether it's worth making the call/probably ending up down the hospital or not.

Cheers m'dears  xxx

I don't want to worry you - pink discharge can be nothing BUT it can also be a sign of your waters going (it was the only sign with me when mine went at 20.6 weeks last pregnancy) it is best to call the midwife and they may just want to check.

I know what you mean about having to go down to the hospital if you ring but it might be better to be safe this time. You've given it enough time to settle and it hasn't so I'd give them a ring.
