slightly off topic - in between stage dress for wedding

I am 7 weeks with baby no 2. I already have a big belly - not sure if it is bloat or too much chocolate over Christmas! My sister is getting married when I am 17 weeks. I will be too small for maternity dresses I think, but will have definite belly/bulge, so will be quite limited with non maternity stuff. I also hate my legs, so prefer maxi length. Its proving quite hard to find a suitable dress.

Are they too similar in style/colour?

Your dress is lovely, (I love maxi dresses) but I think get it in a different colour to stop clashing with the maids.

Yeah, I asked her and she doesn't mind at all. Its more that other people might think I am trying to be part of the bridal party.

Oh don't worry about them! As long as you feel comfortable and your sister is ok with it.

At 17 weeks, even with a larger belly, any maxi should do. If its worrying you, you could try find something else? But if she has seen the dress and has no issue, then there is no reason to worry

Although personally, if it were me, I'd find something else.
