Slightly unrelated... Haven Holidays!

I booked a haven holiday thru The Sun Holidays. We then found out we are pregnant!
After a very heated debate, we have decided to sell the holiday (I lost) as it is the mth we have to move out of our house, and we need every penny we can spare!

Anyways... I have managed to get a buyer, but will I need to phone to change the name? There's only my name on the confirmation... And it doesn't mention it on the T&Cs, just that it's £20 fee to change accommodation!

I'm a bit worried as I don't want my buyer to get all the way to cornwall and not be allowed in!

i dont know the actual terms and conditions but if i was buying a holiday from someone i would absolutely expect them to call the destination and alter the details hun

Well she hasn't said anything to me about changing it, it's summit I thought about myself after I said she could have it... I'll speak to her tomoro when I see her. It only has my initial and surname on the confirmation. Suppose it is better safe than sorry tho! I don't know what they ask for at check in at holiday parks...

Yeh i would expect the details to be changed too hun, But i have no idea about the sun holidays x

I saw her today to give the confirmation and she said theres no need to change name. I rang to inquire what was needed at check in and it's just the confirmation letter, no id.

I might change it for your sake. If she would damage the property would that be under your name?

Didn't even think of that... I do know the girl pretty well. We've been friends for 9yrs. She's pregnant too and going with her hubby and toddler so I do trust her but it is better safe than sorry!

We are going on a sun holiday and when I booked it did say you cant make any changes (inc selling on) once booked and if you want to cancel I dont think you can get back the initial fee you pay (or any other if you have paid it all up front). I would call and check with them.
