Sma comfort

Is this milk thicker than the normal sma?

My daughter is having some problems with feeding and has suspected floppy larynx and the doctor gave us gavison but obviously we can't use this on every feed.

I think it helps her because it's thicker so im on the search for a thicker milk to try instead!

Sma comfort isn't thicker and I add gaviscon to it and its fine. I think other comfort milks are thicker. Sma do sma staydown which is thicker. The sma comfort is just easier to digest.

Not sure about SMA comfort, but SMA staydown is thicker and is for treating reflux.

Just curious as to why you can't use gaviscon in every feed?

I use Cow and gate comfort for my LO, as oppose to standard formula with gavsicon, and find its a lot thicker and shes a lot more settled on it

I was told that SMA staydown is a normal consistency but thickens in the stomach.
