Sma issues!

My little boy was put on sma nearly a week ago and he's brought every feed back up (he's in hospital and being tube fed) so the nurse told me that a lot of babies have issues with sma because its a lot richer than the other milks but the doctors aren't allowed to recommend changing formula. In fact they aren't allowed to advise on which formula full stop. I thought this was a very odd rule, but we've switched him to cow and gate and he is coping brilliantly! Has anyone else had issues with sma? X

Yeah my little boy still throws it up at nearly 8 months!

Yes my little one struggled on SMA, my health visitor said the same thing, that SMA is harder to digest. My little girl is now on Aptamil and seems loads better

Aptamil causes less sick for my little one but gave him awful bellyache and still does now as does cow and gate
