SMA Staydown

Hey girls.

Since Charlie has been diagnosed with reflux we tried swapping him over to SMA Staydown. It says that it thickens in the stomach and not in the bottle but it keeps blocking the teats. We tried changing to a bigger teat but it still happens! Does this happen to anyone else or is just us? And any other ideas of what I can try to stop this happening? Thanks x

We had this with Charlie and switched to Cow and Gate Comfort. It's the same sort of milk, but doesn't thicken in the bottle.

this didn't help elliot's reflux at all.

but vari flow or faster flow teats should help.

we had to put Ethan on this when he was a few weeks old,and we used teats with a cross in the top rather than a hole but i dont know if these are still available as it was 6 years ago!!

I found the comfort did this, especially with the added gaviscon too ...

do u find the staydown works?? my hv said that it didnt have a good reputation... xx

To be honest I haven't been able to get enough down him to see if it works lol
