Small sac size and less fluid

Hi, my LMP was 13 july 2015. On aug 24, doc said she cant see any cardiac activity and sac is small from what it should be. Gave me HUG and microgest shots. Repeat scan on Sep 1, cardiac activity seen, sac bigger than before but still now what it should be and fluid less than normal. Repeat shots. Have been experiencing watery discharge ever since i tested positive. Last two days, its turned to thick brown discharge. I'm scheduled for a detailed scan tomorrow again. Too scared, anybody has been in similar situation??
