Smells!!!!

does anyone have ANY IDEAS how to stop gagging from smells

here what i have tried:

holding my nose
putting my shirt up over my nose- but then its hard to breathe
spraying the house everytime i walk in
spraying perfume- getting a bit $$$$

nothing is helping- did anyone have anything they did or do that helps

Ive got the same happening to me, its awful. Especially in the kitchen. I tend to keep the windows open and a bottle of air freshener down there now. And if it gets too bad I breathe through my mouth rather than my nose. Can't really think of anything else hun, sorry

This was really bad for me too towards the beginning, ever smell made me wanna gag, even like air fresheners. The only thing that kinda worked for me was opening a window and getting some fresh air

girls the window is always open and its winter!!
i just open it even if im freezing to get some air

i cant breathe through my mouth coz that makes me gag, so does coughing

I did the same with the window, I had bad morning sickness up until 20 weeks . I hated gagging at everything

well atleast that means only 5 weeks to go before the gagging stops
