Hey.

Just wondering if someone could help me. My company policy is 9 weeks pay at 90% which I work out from a salary of 15300 to be 264 a week.My mat leave started 30/9/13. In Sept I received 135 mat pay. In Oct 1184 and in Nov 734. To me that's wrong?

Can anybody help. Payroll are not answering!! xx

Are you sure it's 9 weeks and not 6? Also are you not getting wage slips with a breakdown?

Thanks for the reply. Company policy is 9 weeks. My payslip just says maternity pay £733 and then a breakdown of tax ni and pension is shown.

I got hold of payroll who stated I will get a bonus of 3 weeks pay at the end of my 9th week which will fall into Dec pay. How bizarre ive never heard of that before. I should get my bank holidays Dec too so be interesting to see how thiş goes x
