I know each baby is individual but I wondered what others do about snacks.

Chloe has started wanting her lunch earlier and earlier, she started it at 11:30 today, so I guess I need to indroduce a morning snack, but when?

She only has a proper meal at lunch time and I dont want to jeapodise that....

she has 7:30am bottle
8:30am breakfast (lots!)
lunch used to be noon
3pm bottle and biscuit
5pm some fruit and organix finger food

I'm guessing 10:30 would be a good time for something, maybe a yogurt or something....just wondered what others do really

10-11am is great. Yogurt, Fruit, Raisins, Cheese Slices, umm those ready made snacks they sell in shops..

I'd say 10/10:30 as well. Loads of options, yogurt, fresh fruit, cheese...

yeh you can buy like cheese sticks that are wrapped individual for her to hold.. courtney likes them!

banana? apple slices (courtney just sucks it) a yoghurt?

xx

Byron has breakfast about 7.30-8am and lunch about 12-12.30. We just give milk about 10am, time depending on when he sleeps in the morning. We tend to give a snack in the afternoon which is usually yogurt (we just give natural) or even just buttered bread. Banana makes a good snack. If you cut it in half still in the skin it the other hald keeps well i the fridge, just chop the end off.

10/10.30 sounds good thats when Dec would have a snack, things like yoghurt, raisins, tub of custard, those little cheese dip snacks, a pancake, toast fingers of maybe a little crumpet.

Raisins and dried fruit are not recommended as snacks as they have a concentrated sugar content, you can give them after meals but I got a telling off by the dentist and have read this same info numerous times since.

Better options are rice cakes, breadsticks, toast, fresh fruit, cheese cut into cubes or sticks, carrot/pepper/cucumber sticks, small sandwiches

Elliot usually has toast, sometimes with scrambled egg. 10/11am :)
