Sneezing!!!

Just before I found out I was pregnant I had a cold on and off (was pregnant at the time looking back). Well ever since I'm constantly sneezing! I don't feel I've got a cold as such but I think I've sneezed more in the last say 7 weeks than I have in my life! Lol. It's starting to annoy me now I hate the tickling in the top of my nose and also makes my eyes feel heavy. I'm wondering if I've developed some sort of allergy although nothing has changed in my life apart from getting pregnant lol.

Has anyone else suffered this?

I had at least one day earlier in the week where I just couldn't stop sneezing. Hubby eventually gave up on saying 'bless you' in the end cause he got sick of saying it lol

I've been the same! And everytime it happens I can feel muscles where baby is contracting! It's normal, but it hurts and I hate it!

You probably have what I have (albeit self-diagnosed, but there is no other explanation and it's common in pregnant women)...it's called pregnancy rhinitis. Google it if you would like. I sneeze multiple times every single day. I don't have a single allergy. Just started upon falling pregnant and hasn't stopped since. I really can't go anywhere without tissues close by. When I wake up in the morning, I can't breath until I blow my nose. It's quite annoying but for me it isn't bad enough to seek council from a doctor.

Sneezing is actually one of the only pg symptoms i get and im suprised more people havent guessed yet! Both my lo's sneeze at least once a day too.. Very strange lol

I have this too! I usually pinch my nose from the top down to my nostrils to stop the tickling and that usually stops the sneezing for a little bit. I find my sneezing gets worse from 6pm onwards.

Oh I have sneezed at least a few times every day for the past 4 weeks, just the other day was the worst

I get this too But mainly with my boy pregnancies! My nose just runs for 9 months and I sneeze all the time especially towards the end. I have been hoping its a boy sign for me this time around aswell

yep I have had a few sneezing fits. Makes me feel uneasy tho because when I sneeze I can feel all sorts in my stomach lol

I have the exact same thing! I just found out I was pregnant. Three pregnancy tests later I made a dr appointment. My nose is so itchy and Im sneezing! Im also burping, a little nauseous, and tired. Congrats to you guys though!

i sneeze about 5/6 times a day. lol very random.

I'm glad I'm not the only one I thought I wouldn't get much of a reply to this but it seems quite common lol. I got my booking in appointment at 5pm so will mention it to the midwife see what she says too x

I've been sneezing my head off too - they usually come in rallies of around 5 at a time. However this is not unusual for me as i have many scent related allergies that trigger sneezing. I asked my GP about hayfever season starting soon too. Obviously i cannot take any meds. She said that my allergies should be less while i'm pregnant!
