I've got my booking appointment with the home birth team in my area at the beginning of feb.
I've missed out the other route completely.
And I'm excited, sorry pointless post xx

Yay! I'm sharing your excitement today I've just had my last home visit! Got my birthing bag ready. Pick my pool up Sunday and then we are good to go! X

Lol I thought I best be this time. With my dd I hadn't organised anything and then there was a mad rush before we left for hospital! This time round, I wanted everything in one place so my oh knew what was what x

It was similar in my area, we had a separate team, it was amazing because here they can't do home visits even your day 5 postnatal appointment has to be at a clinic but with home birth team it was all at home and you really got to know them it was great hope you have a great pregnancy, I loved that the care extended beyond just labour

Thank you! I loved the home birth team last time too and I know a couple of the midwives already.
So much easier than waiting in a clinic with a toddler too.
