...and I can hear the heartbeat 😀

I was beginning to get worried and I don't have a Doppler. I tried some of the free apps but they were no good an I was getting more anxious so I thought all this prodding can't do any good an went and purchased a real app. I was worried I'd over-use the App if I purchased one so didn't want to go down this route but I'll try to be sensible and it's so reassuring.

Oh nice! Whats the app called and how exactly does it work

It's called Mybabybeat and cost £4. U basically put it in flight mode for you and your baby's safety (less waves or something) and place the mic of your phone on belly an you can even record what you hear. It's saved yesterday's so I can forward to friends too.

First I heard my heart beat and then at 16 weeks I can hear baby's faster heartbeat too. I'd recommend it!

I got this earlier after seeing your post. Picked my own static-y hb but nothing of baby :( but it does say for optimal results use it between 30-40wks. I also have a stubborn little girl in there so she was probably just laying strangely! X

Did u see the tutorial?

Oh I dunno about that Hun. I was contemplating that app as well and then my Dr told me not to that it's not good at all in terms of the waves being very strong coming from a phone. I have a fetal Doppler and use that instead I rented it. He said something about frequency being too high....it's cool that u were able to pick it up though xx
