So scared of miscarriage :(

Im just going to tell you whats been happening last night after i was doing a number 2 and i noticed some blood from my vagina when i wiped.
I panicked a little and got a early scan booked for today and before i went i noticed a blood stain in my pants. During the scanning they couldnt see any baby they had to do an internal ultrasound and said i got my dates wrong and im only 5+4 (i thought i was 8+1) But they couldnt see any baby just a gestational sac and a yok sac.
I came home and noticed i was bleeding a little more than what i had been and when i went to the toilet i noticed stringy blood in my urine.
Im not in any pain at all just very tired but thats to be expected i suppose.
I just wanted to know if anyone could give me any advice or anything?

I had the same symptoms with my first pregnancy. I was supposed to be 12+1 but was only showing 6+4 on the scan along with the stringy blood etc. Its terrifying i know

We're all here for you no matter what. A lot of women bleed in early pregnancy and even throughout their entire pregnancy. Stay positive.

I bleed at the start of this pregnancy and I still bleed not a lot just a little on wiping but so far all has been ok with my little boy, f'xd and lots of positive thoughts sweetie xxx

I had a bleed in my second pregnancy that turned out to be absolutely nothing.
