had a 2nd early scan today and there was no heartbeat, really gutted , this is now my 2nd miscarriage, im well was nearly 8 weeks, going in hospital on monday, im scared not sure what to expect really, will i ever be a Mum, so annoyed, confused and angry, im so upset at the minute
